Revell Turner & Wass was established on the 1st October 2001. It was formed by Stephen Revell, David Turner & Ben Wass who had been working together as independent mortgage advisers.
The three started their careers and met whilst working for a large Building Society, successfully completing their initial training and full financial planning certificates before continuing their development across the country within the branch network.
After a number of different locations and roles within the building society, they decided to specialise and became independent mortgage and insurance advisors in the local area.
They spent the next few years working closely with local estate agents establishing themselves as successful advisors providing good advice and forming long term relationships with their customers.
The natural development from here was to form a company that could be run exactly as Stephen, David and Ben wanted; providing the best advice for their customers and growing the relationships with their existing clients and well and developing new ones.

Stephen has worked in the financial services industry since 1992, moving from the insurance industry via the banking sector to specialise in the Mortgage and Protection market. Stephen co-founded Revell Turner & Wass in October 2001 and for the next few years worked closely with local estate agents providing good advice and forming a long term relationship with his clients as well as developing new ones. Stephen believes RTW Wealth Management Ltd can now fulfil our client’s full financial service’s needs along side Revell Turner & Wass.

Having worked in the financial services industry since 1988, moving from the banking industry to specialise in the Mortgage and Protection market. David co-founded Revell Turner & Wass in October 2001 with a fundamental principal of supplying advice to clients on Mortgages and Protection products and to form long term client relationships. As our clients’ needs and requirements have expanded and changed, they saw the need to provide our clients with all round financial advice, as a result RTW Wealth Management Ltd was founded. David is excited that we can now offer our clients the full financial service with regular reviews.

Ben started working in a bank in 1994, originally as a member of a small branch team and then qualifying as a mortgage and protection adviser. After leaving the bank and working in the local area as a mortgage adviser for a smaller independent company Ben co-founded Revell Turner & Wass in October 2001. The business was set up with two colleagues David and Stephen with the fundamental principal of supplying good advice to clients on Mortgages and Protection products and to form long term client relationships. Together with David & Stephen, Ben saw the need to offer our clients all-round financial advice, thus RTW Wealth Management Ltd was founded.

Joanne is our office and compliance manager. She has been with the company from the beginning, initially as a customer herself and then joining the team in 2003 (We must have done a good job!). Achieving her CeMap qualification, Joanne provides experienced and professional leadership, ensuring customer relationships are at the heart of what we do.

Riz started his career in the financial services industry back in 2000 working for a major high street bank and has recently joined the team at RTW Wealth Management. Riz shares our core values of keeping our client’s best interests at the forefront of any advice given, whilst building and maintaining long and trusting client relationships by offering regular ongoing reviews and exceptional customer service. Riz feels very strongly that he will be better positioned to offer clients a more holistic level of advice and all-round service being a part of the RTW Wealth Management team. We don’t charge for initial mortgage advice. However, a fee of £249 for existing clients or £349 for new clients is payable on application of your mortgage.
